Clean, modern, vibrant and young. Woodbridge Park’s campaign was a refined refresh of an existing design. NGEN elevated this campaign with a combination of signs and billboards, a sophisticated sales centre, PPC, landing page, microsite, web banners and a hugely successful e-blast campaign that led to the first few phases of development selling out immediately. Demand was so high that every available appointment was booked up within seconds, and the homes released were sold out before the last bookings.
